they have let this place slip alot!!!. the first time i visited this hotel it was great, this time everything was horrible, from the "resort fee's" that dont get you anything ,you still have to pay $30.00 a day to use the gym and pay for internet access! the room was run down counter tops all scratched up ,horrible housekeeping, linens were filthy and trash was not removed from room and the last two days they forgot all together to do houskeeping!! and we called down and complained!! nothing happened!! was told a manager would be in touch, that also did not happen!! $27.00 martini (lol) when i used the $20.00 drink voucher that was what you got for your "resort fee's" but when you pay cash the same martini is $15.00!! and rude staff !! i was in a casino bathroom stall and was told to hurry up!! the attendent wanted to clean the bathroom!! i asked him if he was always this rude with hotel guests. he said he had a job to do!!
Great massage!.
"You have to go to this spa" The staff was amazing and I didn't feel like I was just another number in a hotel spa.
My therapist actually was very skilled and helpful,I can't wait to go back on my next vacation.I highly recommend this spa for people who want a "great massage".

Chai Soy Latte mud wrap? This trendy, off-strip casino spa woos the Pottery Barn jet set..
In Short
Sunlight is the first thing guests notice. Natural light spills in through floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the whirlpool; it glows seductively through frosted panes into the dry sauna and steam room. Twenty- and 30-somethings wander these three floors of stylized sanctuary, sipping from mugs of detoxifying tonics with names like "Virtual Buddha" and "Yin From the Cold." No crystal chandeliers here: instead, hemp-woven deck chairs, blonde wood, scattered orchids.
