GO TO THE SUMMERLIN LOCATION. My family loves Carrabba's! We have been to them at home in Vegas and as far away as Florida. We always get the meat or fish entrees. Our experiences have always been good besides when we go to the Henderson location off of Eastern : (. The food at that location is not the same and neither is the service! One time our food was really REALLY oily, from the spinach to the chicken (the plate was actually dripping with oil.) I wasn't going to say anything but the manager came to the table asking how we enjoyed our meal ( the check was paid, (not expecting a free meal or anything) so I felt a little more comfortable to make them aware of the problem.) The manager just said that I should have said something earlier and rudely offered me some spinach to go. Yea, that sounds yummy??? Apparently, they only want to hear from you if you have good things to say.

After that we always go to the Summerlin location which has always been great but on New Years eve 2012, we decided to give Henderson another try because it was closer. Same crappy food, the waiter didn't even offer a desert menu or coffee and basically herded us in and out. Great New Years Eve meal, thanks a lot. We don't go to Carrabba's too often, maybe around 6 or 7 times a year but when we do go we expect the food and service to be what it is at every other Carrabba's, making it worth the price. Never will we go to the Henderson Carrabba's again. It's worth the trip to Summerlin for us.

Outstanding Callamari. The best calimari I have ever had. The main course was excellent also. This is on our list of places to revisit soon.

Best Calamari in Vegas. Best calamari in Vegas. Friendly service, consistantly very good food. Prices are very reasonable.

Oh so flavorful. In my opinion Carrabba's has a very relaxing atmospere to be able to dine at with close friends and enjoy wonderful and incredibly flavorful.

NV Explorer. A chain, but way, way, way better than Oilve Garden. Good food, good service, good ambience, fair prices: what's not to like?
