Horrible Experience!. I registered via phone a few weeks prior to going to Vegas. Upon arrival I was told that I missed my date. I specifically double- and triple-checked the date when scheduling as I didn't want to miss my appointment. I wasn't even in Vegas the day they had me scheduled. I was treated extremely poorly by the staff and they blamed me for the problem. The Hotel manager had to refund my money and offered me a comp night at the Hotel. It didn't make up for the missed day and I had to spend my day in my hotel room, my hubby was at a meeting and I couldn't find him. Stay away from this spa and find another. I HIGHLY recommend the spa at Mandalay Bay (my hubby set up appointments there for me because he felt so bad about what happened at the Rock Spa).
