Keller & Jadd

Very Unresponsive Once Lease is Signed. My friend/business partner and I recently moved to Las Vegas due to company relocation. We were eager to find a place to live and Keller and Jadd happened to have some properties we were interested in. They were very helpful to get us around to the places and get our names on the lease in a hurry.

But, once the lease was in, they became completely unresponsive. We filled out a form on the first day with repairs that needed to be made to the house and were told that they would have a repair man over in a couple days. It has now been a month and the company has stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Meanwhile our dishwasher and kitchen sink are barely usable and our ice machine and drinking water dont work at all. There are several other problems with the house that have not been addressed either.

Like I mentioned before, they were great when we were looking around the town and had questions about where to live. But once that lease was signed, they disappeared. I would think that with the market the way it is, they would be more responsive and try to keep tenants in the homes they are already in. If we even make it a year in this house, we will not be resigning any lease with Keller and Jadd.…
