SEVEN YEAR TENANT WHO LOVES KELLER N JADD!! THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL MY MAINTENANCE NEEDS PROMPTLY. WHEN I FINALLY BOUGHT A HOME AND MOVED THEY REFUNDED ALL OF MY DEPOSITS. I DID LEAVE TE HOME IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I THINK THAT IS RIGHT THING TO DO. KELLER N JADD IS AWESOME!!!

Keller N Jadd has been managing my property for 13 years. The staff has always been attentive to my needs and I have never seen two owners so available in any company of any business. At one point my tenants left my property in a shamble, and Keller N Jadd had it turned around and rerented in 20 days. They even collected damages above what the tenants paid in security through their efforts and hard work.I would highly reccomend this company to anyone who is in need of management.

Keller n Jadd manages two investment properties of mine and are hands down the best property manager in town. The ownership and staff are friendly, competent, and professional. I don't have to do anything but pay my mortgage every month. They handle all tenant issues from maintenance and repairs to tenant concerns. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of property management.

I have been renting through them for 1 1/2 years and they have been fabulous. I would recommend them anytime. I had a few repairs done, and they were great on getting the things fixed for me.

In viewing this site today, I felt I should give my story regarding Keller N Jadd. I rented a property from Keller N Jadd for about 4 years. I paid my rent on time, had a few maintenance items, one by the way, being air conditioning. Keller n Jadd always took care of me right away. The air conditioner was out for a total of 16 hours before repaired. I left the property clean and in good condition and received my entire security deposit back. I have since then sent a couple of my friends to them also. One was not able to move in but the other is doing just fine. I would refer every person I know to Keller N Jadd.
