Les Artistes is Perfection. Truly good food prepared with care is such a rarity these days, but Les Artistes is truly a standout in a mediocre world. We got the 1/2 off deal through the ticket booth in front of the Hawaiian Marketplace on the strip, so our entree was 1/2 price which saved us $35. We spent the savings on a 1/2 bottle of Pinot Grigiot (delicious and also a bargain at only $20), dessert (creme brulee with berries....superb). We ordered the filet and it was perfect....tender, cooked just as we had asked (medium rare for my husband, medium for me). My husband had the French onion soup ( a huge portion and he said it was delicious), I ordered the Caesar salad...freshly shaved Parmesan cheese, a light Caesar dressing, crisp and fresh Romaine...perfect. If you want a treat, eat here! The service was perfect, too, made us feel like a king and queen for the night. They were friendly, professional, and very attentive.

Les Artistes Ce' Magnifique. Open only for dinner, Les Artistes Steakhouse located within the Paris Resort and Casino is a nice escape from the strip atmosphere. Surrounded by impressionist artwork, my whole dining experience was wonderful and the service was reminiscent of a cruise ship with a head waiter and all his assistants; they were not only polite and attentive, but made excellent recommendations as well.

I was thinking steak anyway, but when I asked my head waiter, he recommended the bone-in filet mignon which by itself would have been fabulous, but I opted for the de la Oscar topping which added lump crabmeat with béarnaise sauce and asparagus over the top of the filet to make this hands-down the best steak I've ever had. I started with a plate of tomatoes in place of a salad, and ended with a nice cup of coffee. Ce' Magnifique!
