Great as always! He is very nice and caring when it comes down to bedside manner. Dr. Safko is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Staff is very professional, friendly, courteous and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Safko answered all my questions, and was very informative. He did not rush through the appointment. He is the best of the best in Las Vegas, and voted best in Time Magazine.

Dr. Martin was great! It was worth the wait because he is very professional, caring knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I will be back.

Horrible Doctor's office - PATIENT BEWARE. This was one of the worst doctor office visits I have ever encountered. First off my appointment was at 2:15 and I arrived at 2:00. After waiting 35-45 minutes after my scheduled appoitment, they finally called me back, where they had me get undressed for the exam. I then sat there for another 45-50 minutes before the doctor decided to come in and have a 2 minute look. After he walked out, they got my insurance info, which I knew would not cover the fees to come. They then informed me that my 3 small removals would be over $500. I asked about paying cash and was informed that I signed a document about my insurance and that it would be "illegal" for them to not use my insurance (which is not covering it). I asked to speak to the doctor again and was denied. I understand the money - fine they want to over charge for their services - that is fine. But to waste over 2 hours of time going to this place is ridiculous. There is another dermatology doctor up the road I will be going back to (even though they no longer take my insurance).

So frustrating - that you get such horrible service at a doctor's office. I should have taken the first warning when they were rude on the phone to set up the appoitment.

MUCH BETTER SERVICE - THEY ARE FUN, EASY TO DEAL WITH, AND ON TIME!!

The best Dermatologist office in Las Vegas. I have been going on and on around Vegas, and the only one I found the best is Southwest Dermatology, Dr. Safko. I am going to Tenaya office just one mile from my home, good treatment good stuff too. I wish i went to Southwest Dermatology from the day one.

HORRIBLE PLACE. very horrible office very unprofessional, the main Dr. is a very "NASTY" person to his staff and if you don't have money he will refuse to see you, ALL the cosmetics machines are sOOO OLD and they don't work!!! He over charges on all cosmetics procedures botox, restalyne, jevuderm etc.

NOT recommended AT ALL
