What a crook. No stars, Dana forte is a crook. She bills your insurance for service that is not performed. People like her is the reason the cost of health insurance is so high.

Finding a New Doctor. While Dr. Forte may be good, but it does not make up for her awful staff. I have had my file lost on two occasions, they can't find lab orders, and give you incorrect information. The wait time for an appointment has never been less than 1 hour, even with the first appointment of the day. I have had wrong perscriptions written, that were luckily caught by the pharmacy. They also require you to come in for an office visit (and pay an additional co-pay) just to find out that lab work and test results are normal. I would not recommend her or this office to anyone.

Dr Forte is a Doctor who can relate to all patients. I have been a patient of Dr Forte for many years. She is not only compassionate but really understands what a woman goes through medically. Not only does she treat my everyday medical issues but also takes care of my entire family. Her staff gets busy and overwhelmed but she wants to hear any negative feedback a patient has. She strives on making her practice successful and truly cares about her patients. I would and have recommended Dr Forte to many people including all my co workers...

Care falls into deep dark hole. If I could give no stars, I would. Dr Forte was recommended to me by a super caring doctor so I tried to ignore the bad reviews, BIG MISTAKE! I saw Dr Forte in December for well woman exam and she was too busy to complete the exam so I had to make a followup appointment and she dinged my insurance for evaluation both times big $$ even though 1st time she did nothing but talk to me for 2 minutes. Still being optimistic I went to the second appointment and received a referral for my yearly mammogram which came back with abnormal area so had to have spot compression and ultrasound. I called Dr Forte's office Monday to see if report was received and if I needed to do followup. Nurse was to call me and after 2 days, no call so I called back and was told they do not have to call me back for 72 hours! And, if I wanted to get my results I had to make an appointment and Dr Forte was booked out for 4 weeks. I said if Dr Forte was too busy to be my medical advocate she should have told me. I was also told very curtly I should have made an appointment when I had the followup screening. I tried to tell this medical 'professional' that this had never been my experience. That all the doctors I've ever gone to would call me and let me know when out of the ordinary test results were received and next steps, either schedule an appointment or eveything was normal but I never had to be my own medical advocate. So here i sit no results, no call, no doctor (unless i want to wait 4 weeks). I have to go to the image facility and get my own results hopefully normal and pray I never have to communicate with this Doctor or her facility. I would like to think Dr Forte doesn't know the horrible attitude and service of her staff but ultimately a Dr is responsible for their staff's attitude, knowledge and efficiency. Please do not go to this doctor or facility if you care about your health and want a doctor who cares about your healh.

Had better medical service in IRAQ. I was there to get 2 immunization shots from the nurse. I arrived at 5:30pm as they are open until 7pm. I was the only person in the waiting room so I thought I would be seen pretty quickly. They refused to bill my insurance and told me I would have to do it. So I paid the $80 and got my receipt. 30 min later I asked the receptionist if they would be able to see me she responded that they were short staffed. After waiting for an hour I asked them to refund my money, I couldn't wait any longer.

The receptionist told me she didn't know how to do a refund and I would have to come back. I said "I've been waiting for an hour and you can't get me the shots or refund my money?" She responded "IT'S BEEN 57 MINUTES, SIR, NOT QUITE AN HOUR!"

I will never go back to this place again...HORRIBLE service! LOOOONG wait even if you are the only one there! I went to Walgreens take care clinic without an appointment and got my shots in 15 min plus they billed my insurance!

Save your time and money!!!

If you hate your ex wife or ex husband, sent them here!. If you hate your ex wife or ex husband or your mother in law, then send them here! By the time you get out of they waiting room you'll die of old age. If you some how make it out of the waiting room alive the the doctors will finnish the job! Honestly this is by far the worst doctors office ever!!! Please facebook everyone you know and tell them to never, never,never,never come here, but if you have someone in your life that you hate, then please refer them to Forte Family Practice. You will never see them again ;)

WORST OFFICE EVER - THANK GOD I DONT HAVE TO GO BACK!. If I could give this office no stars I would! I would never ever reccommend this office to anyone. My fiance is coming home from Iraq in 6 days, I need my birth control to work (haha) and I've had issues with the one I'm on. I called 2 weeks ago and tried to get it switched, I was told no doctor was in the office and that I would get a call back, I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited a week...maybe they were busy?

The second time I called, I explained to the girl my situation and she was conversational but again told me she would have someone call me back. Nothing.

Third time I called, was a few days ago. Again, I was told someone would call me back that day and promised....again, NOTHING!

I was getting laid off from my job, starting a new one right away but my health insurance is going to be up today so I call this morning talk to someone that sounds like they are finally gonna look at my chart and get me a new prescription. NOPE. I give her the number to Walgreens and everything, she had me search because she didn't want to call it into the wrong one (she said that way she could blame it on me if it was wrong). So I call Walgreens to confirm a couple hours later, NOTHING! So I call back the office, I'm absolutely livid at this point....to find out

THEY LOST MY CHART! THEY COULDN'T FIND IT AT ANY OFFICE AND IF I HADN'T CALLED AND STARTED YELLING NOBODY WOULD HAVE LOOKED! IT LITERALLY DISAPPEARED.

now I'm told mary in medical records is searching and I'll get a call from the office manager tonight, doubt it. Walgreens pharmacy closes at 9 tonight by my house, their office is already closed and I still haven't gotten a call. Looks like I have to go to planned parenthood to get birth control because my DOCTOR can't handle so much as even HOLDING ON TO MY CHART!!!

oh and to re-iterate what others say, dr. forte is rude and just rushes through patients, you truly are nobody to her. You can tell she is rushing, given she might be busy but then don't take so many appointments. If I could have switched doctors a long time ago I would have but the health insurance with my company forces me to choose out of a list of doctors and I heard the best reviews about her! I don't wanna see what the bad reviewed doctors on that list are capable of!

WORST OFFICE EVER!. WORSE OFFICE EVER! WAITED 3 HRS EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPT. FRONT DESK RUDDDDE! DR FORTE, RUDE! THEY ACT AS IF YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING, OR YOU ARE JUST A BOTHER... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

FORTE IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. this service was the utmost unprofessional, unacceptable practice I have ever been to. Here is a list of problems I've had with BOTH offices in which neither office could provide a decent excuse.

-scheduled an appointment for me and my girlfriend

-I was not seem for almost 2 1/2 hrs

-my girlfriends insurance they could not verify even though her sister uses the same, in this case they couldn't find her sisters info which she was there 3 days prior.

- it took them over an hr to let her know they couldn't process her

-another patient and I were skipped in line because the front desk is unorganized

-another patient left extremely disgruntled because she too had waited over an hr and walk ins were coming in and out

-another patient was waiting for 45 min just for the front desk to tell him he couldn't get his copies of paperwork because their printer was broken.



This was all from ONE visit. My girlfriend has been experiencing horrible pain from what they say is allergies. Yet no bloodwork was taken. On the 4th allergy visit my girlfriend stated she would not leave until blood was drawn so she knew what she was allergic to, the doctor said it was not necessary and refused. She went to their other office in this case the dr said she had the worst sinus infection he had ever seen and should have been treated LONG ago. Sounds like things are turning around? WRONG. He simply prescribed her an antibiotic for the current problem without getting ton the bottom of it. It's been about 8 months now and these idiots still will not take care of her. They never even called her back on her bloodwork. The nurse states "she has no allergies, we only follow up if there is a problem". Is this not a major problem?! They have been telling her it's allergies and giving her allergy medicines for 4 months now. Don't you think she should have received a phone call saying it's not what we thought, can you come in so we can get ton the bottom of this? Not a single doctor has even sat down and looked at her eyes or so much as to in depth take a look at the problem. They are in such a rush they don't even look her in the eye, just ask what the symptoms are, here's an eye drop, or here's an antibiotic and send her on her way. THESE DOCTORS ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF MONEY HUNGRY DRUGDEALERS THAT PRESCRIBE ANYTHING YOU WANT? THEY ARE NOT DOCTORS. DOCTORS FIX THINGS. THESE PEOPLE JUST PUT A BANDAID ON SOMETHING THAT IS CLEARLY BROKEN SO THEY CAN COLLECT A FATTER PAYCHECK. I will never step foot in there office again. The least they could do is refer her to a specialist. But no, again "what are your symptoms? Here are some drugs.... Those didn't work? Hmm well here are some more drugs". I come from a industry of customer service and this is the worst display of it. Oh and while I was typing this my girlfriends sister called and said she just received a bill from them even though there insurance covers 100 percent of the bill and Forte had no records of her being in the office. Coincidence.... Or is it just an abundance of idiots?

ANGELA, BEST OFFICE MANAGER!. Well let me just say, Dr. Forte is MONEY HUNGRY! Wow, that lady shocks me! Well I've been a patient at Dr. Forte's Family Practice going on four years, and the ONLY reason I stayed was the wonderful red headed lady, Angela, their office manager. She was been so nice and welcoming. She has really changed the practice from awful to good. The staff is GREAT now since she started working there. She always has a smile on her face, and knows me to a name to name basis. I see Susan Shields there, and she is AWESOME! Those two lady's are great! JUST DON'T SEE DOCTOR FORTE! She is always in a rush, or cancels appointments due to the fact she is always on vacation or is running behind. Like I said Angela is great!
