Gotta have a Big Kahuna.
Very fun bar with some great punch bowl type drinks. We have been visiting every year for the last 5 years and always come back for the Big Kahuna drinks. They have a variety of entertainment. We have been there before with Hawaiian dancers and performers, rap/variety music performers, dueling pianos, and then of course just a DJ mixing music. All of the bartenders perform flare and put on a show and give free shots to the crowd.

Kahunaville, TI Las Vegas.
After a long day at a trade show, I just wanted to relax for a while, so I headed to Starbucks and found Kahunaville along the way. The manager at the door was welcoming, so I went in and sat down to see what all the excitement and laughter was about. Everyone inside the restuarant/bar was friendly and aiming to please. I enjoyed an hour of relaxation and headed up to my room for the night. Thanks to the man at the door for being so friendly and hospitable.

Dorkville.
This is a place which is more about throwing bottles around the room rather than making good drinks.
They call it "flair" bartending, but I prefer a good looking girl who shoots the breeze with you rather than spills liquor on you while showing off... and it;s mainly dudes behind the bar.
So, if this is your thing, go for it, but it's not for me. This type of stuff should be reserved for next door in the show room. That Mystere is an awesome show.

Flair Bartenders, Live DJ, Dueling Pianos, Flat Screen TVs all FREE Entertainment!.
For the relatively reasonable (albeit, not cheap) prices on the Strip, Kahunaville Party Bar offers the best value for your drinking and dining budget when you consider the amount of free entertainment (live DJ, flair bartender shows, flat screen TVs, dueling pianos, etc.), and the fact they often give out 2:1 drink coupons. The flair bartender shows go on about every hour at night, and they cap them off by pouring "free" shots if you are lucky enough to be near the bar cheering for (and tipping) the very talented "startenders".
Although the Party Bar is definitely the main attraction, the food is surprizingly good and they serve up huge portions in the dining room. In fact, I would suggest that just about any two adults could easily split one appetizer and one entree. They pour some strong drinks too!
They have a breakfast served by the TI Pool when the weather is good, and they normally hand out lunch specials at great prices. (The one we got, I believe, was $25 for two people.) They also have a "dancing waters" show in the main dining room. Definitely not what you would see in front of Bellagio experience, but fun and well "choreographed" to the music!
The food service and the bar service is above average most of the time, and occassionally excellent.
Most importantly, like many things at TI, the prices are a great value for the quality you get considering the property is in the "high rent" area on the Strip.

Fun, lively and good bar food.
I was staying at the TI and decided to just grab a burger, so I ventured into Kahunaville. It's actually quite the party place, with entertaining, juggling, dancing bartenders, live entertainment (free) and the occasional, lean back over the bar and get a free shot fun and games.
Burgers are very good, atmosphere is young, loud and lively.

Must Visit!!.
We stayed and got married at Treasure Island 9/29/06. We had our cocktail reception through Kahunaville Events. We went back to Kahunaville 2 more times during our trip for the unbelievable food, incredible staff and fun atmosphere! Our event was amazing, we also tried the outdoor patio and inside the restaurant. Whether it was poolside with a margarita, inside watching flair bartenders, or entertaining our wedding guests it was all exceptional in our opinion! The food was pretty reasonably priced for Vegas. I'd recommend everyone visit Kahunaville while in Las Vegas....great place to bring kids too (in the dining area)

Performing bartenders, whistle-blowing staff and strong cocktails make for a rocking party scene..
In Short
This loud Caribbean party bar is decked out in island decor with fake trees, vines and light and water shows. Bartenders spin, toss and twirl liquor bottles as they prepare drinks, chosen by customers from a menu that includes several frozen cocktails. Staff members also perform song and dance numbers on a stage. The main dining room is noisy, while a second sunken room is much quieter and private.
