Shannon is an AMAZING stylist!. I have put my trust in dozen's of stylist over the last several years, but it seems in Vegas that the good ones always leave. That's why I am so excited about working with Shannon. I have been going to her for the last 2 years now every month or two, and she is absolutely wonderful.

She pays attention and get's it right when I know what I want, and she always exceeds my high expectations when I tell her I'm in the mood for something new.

I have sent several friends to her including a couple new Vegas transplants that were so concerned about anyone new toughing their hair and they are all returning clients now. I can't say enough good things about her!

Vacationing in Vegas. I went to get a fill in on my individual lashes, I didnt have time to get them done by my normal tech before i left town. i had a gap in my lashes on my right eye. The girl was very nice and they looked great once she finished. She told me not to wash them for 24 hrs. So i went back to my room got dressed did my makeup and just slept in it overnight, when i finally got around to showering the next day a couple fell out. However, by the time i left vegas (2days later) i had the same gap in my lashes, all the ones she had done fell out. Guess I wont be waiting until the last minute again.

Candace at Euphoria on sunset and stephanie was amazing! Best color service i have ever gotten!. I recently went to Euphoria Salon on Sunset and Stephanie and saw Candace. She fixed a terrible dye job i had done at another salon. I have never look soo good and my haircut was amazing. she showed me step by step how to style my hair everyday like she did it! I have never been so pleased! her number is (563)209-8243

i also love how i can text her for appointments or even email and she responds within 10 minutes!

HORRIBLE hair cut and NO customer service. Received a gift card for Christmas and had the worst haircut I have ever had on 2/13/08. Called corporate office and they asked me to resolve with the salon. My hair was texturized with THINNING SHEARS...what's to resolve?

I had to wait for it to grow because I looked like a rooster, and now I am on my 3rd haircut to repair the damage done at Euphoria.

Left messages for the Manager to call me, she never did. Called the Corporate office again and asked to have the Operations Manager call me, the receptionist called me back instead.

I offerred to go back and show them the awful haircut, but another haircut there was out of the question to resolve this issue. The new salon that I went to for the repair cuts even offerred her number for them to call and discuss with her...there was absolutely no Customer Service.

Their resolution is to give me another GIFT CARD....I will buy product and that's all...and I will NEVER recommend Euphoria to anyone else.

Best hair service ever. I loved my experience at Euphoria. They all were so friendly and helpful.The atmosphere was very professional, I had a bad cut and color from another salon and I needed to have it fixed.I asked for a stylist with many years experience and they gave me Debra, a Canadian girl with international training. I was so happy to find her,she was able to correct the color and give me the best style I've ever had.I will be seeing her regularly.
