An ordeal rather than a deal. Went here to use a Groupon and was very sorry i went there. Chaotic sales staff with no understanding of their own promotions and policies. I think of Old navy as a purveyor of "throw away" cheap clothes made in third world countries and I wont be back even for a "deal".

The family-friendly chain is the third in a lineage of reasonably priced clothing stores (Banana Republic and the Gap are the older siblings). Huge, loft-like spaces and disco soundtracks make shopping here an upbeat experience. Men's, women's and children's jeans share space with khakis, T-shirts, sweaters, sleepwear, outerwear and seasonal items, such as ski hats, swimsuits and Halloween costumes.
