Lazy and rude service...do not go here. The front office staff is amazingly awful. We had gone in one day just for nail trimming and a*** gland expression, well the receptionist began complaining about us to her co-worker because we didn't make appointments!! It says walkins welcome on the door and we didn't require seeing a vet?! The front office staff is always rude especially the one with short brunette hair. We had charges added to our animals we weren't notified of prior to paying the bill? A friend told me she boarded her animals there and the vet told her that her dog was a bad dog just because he was upset being left there. I finally got a copy of all my animals records and are switching vets. I can't stand them. We have never once went there and had a pleasant experience. We had gone there out of location convenience. I refuse to go there any longer. Our brother in law had from California and needed his pup's nails trimmed and stated he'd never go there if he lived here. He was just as upset of how we were treated on that one visit...imagine all the others we had to endure. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE...I'D RATHER GO TO A PLACE STAFF WANTS MY BUSINESS. Someone else can rake in the money for better services of my two dogs and three cats...so sad.…
