Awesome tortilla soup and fries. This place has one of the best tortilla soups that I have tasted!!! I go there sometimes just to eat that and the all you can eat the steak fries which are also one of the best I've tasted.Soooo delicious! My husbands usually tries out the burgers and he never complains. Good and fast service too.

Colorful, chaotic restaurant promises loaded burgers and endless fries for kids and a fully stocked bar for their parents.. In Short
With a bright red color scheme, enormous booths and TVs galore (even in the bathrooms), this loud, lively spot aims to make families feel right at home. The creative menu offers 22 different burgers--from teriyaki-marinated Bansai with grilled pineapple to the 5 Alarm with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, salsa and chipotle mayo. Soups, salads, and entrees of fajitas, fish and chips and Cajun-spiced shrimp round out the casual American menu.

Superb Food!. VERY good food. I usually get the salmon burger and it is out of this world! The service is good and it's clean. You won't be disappointed.

Is this $10 burger really worth it?. My wife and I went to Red Robin looking forward to their "Gourmet Burgers." Their menu of burgers and chicken sandwiches is impressive. I ordered their Shroom burger with swiss and bacon on ciabatta, and my wife ordered the Teriyaki Chicken on ciabatta. We got the hot wings for an appetizer. The odd thing about this restaurant is their apparent aversion to supplying plates. They served us the wings in a basket with no plates and no additional napkins. The wings, consisting of all drummettes, were very tasty though.

Our burgers arrived in little red baskets, wrapped up in paper, with a few steak fries thrown in. Again, no plates! What is this, Dairy Queen? Why no plates? Why do they come wrapped in wax paper? Well, I found out the answer to the second question when I tried to eat my burger. It was the messiest thing ever! It looked like they dumped a whole can of mushroom buttons & stems on the burger, without even fully draining the can. Yes, there were a lot of mushrooms on the burger, but they were not sauteed and they were not tasty--just raw canned mushrooms. So here I am trying to eat this thing with grease and shroom juice running down my arm, and mushrooms falling onto the table (no plate), one falling in my shoe! The burger patty itself was nothing special--very dry. Their burgers are more like meatloaf, with a lot of stuff mixed in with the beef. I prefer a more pure patty.

My wife's Teriyaki chicken sandwich was definitely better. She really enjoyed it. She was nice enough to let me have some of it after I threw down my half-eaten burger in disgust!

The bill, including tip was $40. We left there thinking that we did not get much value for our money. As we were leaving, I asked the greeter for a toothpick, and he said they don't have those anymore. Of course not. They must have thrown those out with the plates. Why go to a $20 a plate restaurant when there is a Carl's Junior down the street with better food?
