Metro Pizza At Ellis Island. We just returned from Vegas and visited Ellis Island for pizza. It was great pizza but the customer service was horrible. We went there on a Tuesday, late afternoon. After we got our food we sat down at a table. We were told that we couldn't sit there because they were having a Bar BQ ( Hee Haw ) and the seats were reserved for the Bar B Q patrons. The entire seating area was about 20' x 20'. The casino had to be the smallest that I have ever seen. So we each have 2 slices of pizza and a drink - the price was right at $12.00 - but we had no where to sit !! I am not kidding. We wanted to sit at the slots to eat but there was nowhere to put our drinks down. There was nowhere to sit in the Casino either. So we exited the entrance of the casino and sat down on the curb right in front of the place and ate our food. This took about 20 minutes in 104 degree heat and boy did our glutes get HOT !!!. The next time I go to Vegas I will certainly get pizza there, but I'll get it to go.

Metro is best NY Style in Las Vegas. I know, that isn't saying much, but Metro is the only place I'll eat pizza. And with their two for one deal at this location in Ellis Island Casino - makes it wonderful to love more. The guys working there are always the same and know the customers. I don't buy pizza anywhere else in LV!

pizza slice at Ellis Island. The slice was cold to warm. It was sitting around too long. The crust was too thin and was droopy. There was nothing special here. A below average pizza. The sauce was thin and not pronounced. Not even any oregano to springle on. I asked and the cook was too busy reading to get me some. Now I know why they are offering 2 for 1 on Thursday and Sunday. A great pizza needs no discount. Pizza lovers will flock to well prepared pies.
