MEYERS SHOULD BE NAMED LIARS!!!!! I HA D THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I PATIENTLY WAITED FOR MY FOR SIX WEEKS AND THEN I QUOTED ABOUT $865.OO DOLLARS FOR A NEW BRAKE SYSTEM THAT I DIDNT NEED. I BROUGHT IT IN BELIEVING THAT I NEEDED A NEW FUEL PUMP AND JAVIER INSISTED THAT MY FUEL PUMP AND GAS TANK WAS FINE.AFTER SEVERAL VISITS AND PROMISES OF BEING FINISHED AND READY ON MANY OCCASSIONS . ICOULDNT GET ANY STRAIGHT ANSWERS. THE POLICE AND MY FAMILY DECIDED TO INVESTIGATE THESE 1000 STORIES AND WE WENT TO MEYERS. THE PRICE WAS LOWERED BUT THE CAR WASNT READY BECAUSE THEY DECIDED THAT I NEEDED TO AFTER ALL I NEEDED 400. MORE DOLLARS FOR A FUEL PUMP AND MR. MEYERS WAS GOING TO THROW IN A GAS TANK HE TOOK OUT OF SOMEBODYS ELSES CAR. THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN A STATEMENT FOR REPAIRS THAT I DIDNT RECEIVED. I REFUSED SO THN I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE. MY ENGINE ISNT EVEN THE SAME ENGINE. THE SWITCHED THEM. THEY R LIARS AND THIEVES ......
Arrogant and unprofessional.
I had the worst car-repair experience with this shop in my past 10 years. Everything further wrong is either the customer's fault or the car's continuous problem that is not related to the prior work. I have spent more than a thousand dollars to replace everything in the cooling system but still I have a reading between 3/4 to the hot zone after a short drive. Even if it might be the gauge problem rather than that the car is overheated, I would have preferred that they have checked the gauge and either fixed it or warned me before I was told that the car's overheat problem had all been fixed. The warranty from this shop does not mean much because if you bring your car back and complain, you will be told that they are not married to your car. And all the problems are caused by the customers because they do not understand cars. Their attitude is unprofessional and rude.
