One of the WORST. Worst service dept. in history. Had ann issue with my rzr fwd engaging. charged me 850 bucks and i provided all parts. 100 miles later i took it back for service and im told there are lots of shavings in gearscases. So after i paid a grand total to fix front driveline they tell me today when i picked it up from a 350 dollar oil change that i could of bought a whole new front gearcase for 1100. a little late for that info. Overpriced, poor attitude, crappy service all around. It got one star because no stars is not an option.…
Run, don't walk away. Shopping for a motorcycle, salesman on two seperate dates, realized I wasn't going to buy today, and proceeded to ignor me/ I bought a Harley a month later, elsewhere.
Avoid, avoid - terrible business practices.
My wife and I were in the market for 4-wheel ATVs. We had done some research and selected the two models we wanted. We went to the store and began the process of purchasing. I don't even know
where to begin, let me just post some quick facts about our experience:
1. We went in at 11:00am, and did not leave till 7:30pm at night. No exaggeration, the sales people simply claimed the finance guys was overwhelmed...
2. The prices listed on the bikes were total lies, as they tack on all manner of "fees" and "costs" that aren't explained until you are signing the final paperwork.
3. The finance guy worked in the cost of the extended warranty into the final costs, without ever asking. They sent us to the guy who "sells" these after our initial paperwork was done, and magically for a 5 year extended warranty the costs didn't go up even 1 dollar, nor where extra payments added - because it was added in already! sneaky sneaky and unethical. How do you say no when the costs "appears" to be nothing.
4. I have excellent credit and was told that one of the bikes I wanted I did not qualify for. This was rather odd, as the bike we did qualify for was the SAME COST. Oh, and the bank was exactly the same bank. This had me confused until I overheard the salespeople saying they had someone else interested in the original bike. It had nothing to do with qualifying... **sigh**
We spent the entire day there, as I am sure that is part of their trick - to wear you down. Please avoid this place, you'll save time, money and a lot of frustration.…
Terrible at every turn! Avoid at ALL COSTS..
New to Vegas, I went there for a bike. Their new bike prices were way over MSRP, so I settled on a used 1995 Virago. (Which they tried to sell me for $4700 - bluebooking at $3020.) I figured,
incorrectly, that it made sense to pay bluebook prices for a used bike, because SURELY a large, reputable business wouldn't sell a bad bike. Right?
Well. For one thing, I sat in their showroom for 4 hours - literally - waiting for them to go over my bike. What they "went over" is beyond me, as immediately pulling out of the lot - four hours later - the oil light came on. The engine was idling at 3000 RPM. The next day I emptied the oil - used and a liter and a half short - and adjusted the carbs to a more suitable idling speed. Needless to say they need to be resynched, which I have yet to get around to. But the bottom line is that they are, evidently, the kind of business that has no problems selling oil-less bikes that IDLE AT THREE THOUSAND R P M.
This, for any motorcycle loving individual, should be enough to dissuade you from going there. But the story isn't over.
Fast forward two months, and I don't have a title. I call them, curious about my title. "Where is my title?" They say "oh, no worries, it's Las Vegas and these things take time." Two weeks later I call the DMV. "They haven't filed for a title for that VIN, sir." So I call LVM. "Ha, ha, see, the old owners, Californians, didn't sign in the right spot and haven't been able to be tracked down in two months."
I will leave you to draw your own conclusions. Luckily I put the bike on my credit card, and I've got the full weight of a HUGE multinational corporation fighting for me on the issue. (They've cancelled payment.) If you go there - WHICH YOU SHOULDN'T - make sure you have an arsenal of tools (and a few liters of oil) to fight against their crummy, terrible, ridiculous business practices.…
