Drinks are pricey and the place was packed. Although some consider this a "lounge" when I went every one was dancing. The view from up there is awesome!
ghostbar. This place screams cool. Good service, great view. I have been here several times. Even during the week. I was here on a Tuesday and it was like a Friday night. The only complaint I have is on weekend nights they let to many people in and its hard to move around let alone get a drink. Check this place out if you enjoy a great view. Go early and have a drink if you like it stay and it will be a happening spot by 11:30.
Nice view. This is one of my favorite places to go to in Vegas nice place nice views. Drinks are expensive but what is is cheap in Vegas. I much rather go to the Ghost Bar than club Rain which is also located in the Palms.
great view, expensive. View was amazing, attractive people, small almost none-exsisting dance floor. Very Expensive drinks. Bouncers and bartenders are rude. Bar was crowded and it took over 20 min. to get a drink. I will not return there.
Celebrity watch. Still one of the best places in Vegas to spot celebrities, and one of the best views of the strip. The DJ spins some great music, but be careful, there is no dancing at the Ghostbar. Going with a group? Then you might want to invest in bottle service. This is a great place to people watch from your VIP table. Go a little later on weekdays. Thursday through Saturday nights can get started earlier.
OVERRATED!!!. Went there Saturday night with a bunch of friends. Line is very slow. Drinks prices are a joke. No place to dance really. Not worth the $25 cover charge.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the trendy club's "ghost deck" hovering 55 floors above the pool..
In Short
This "Jetsons"-esque lounge allows patrons to sink into egg-shaped chairs and stare out a wall of windows or just bask in the silver, white and green interior. Outside, an open-air sky deck allows panoramic views of the Strip and beyond. And the see-through acrylic deck allows visitors to peer hundreds of feet below into the Skin Pool Lounge. A younger crowd comes here to vibe to the music and indulge in less-expensive drinks.
Loved this place1. Went on Friday night with my sister. Bought VIP which was good because the line was huge! The place was crowded but not so much so that we couldn't dance. The dj played great music to dance and sing along to. We met a lot of really nice, fun people. The service was friendly, and the drinks were a great value compared to some other places we had been. If you want better liquor, you simply request it. Unlike some places, all seating was not reserved for bottle service. Will definitely return!
Come here, BEFORE you break the seal!. This is definitely the place one should start out a night of club hopping. The drinks are good, but the view will get you even more excited. I'd make one strong suggestion: Ladies, take heed... the last place in Vegas that you'll want to be when all your drinks kick in, is the line for the Ghost Bar's Ladies room. There's a capacity of about 327 people and 2 ladies room stalls. I had to bribe my way to the front of the line of 20(plus), in order to avoid embarrassment once my jaeger-bombs settled in.
User review by blondewonder. Our bartender poured very generous drinks - Glenlivet came in larger-than-normal glasses with very little ice. On a Wednesday night at about midnight, there was no line, and cover, at $10, wasn't bad. I found it interesting that there was a big sign while paying that said something to the effect of "Ghostbar is a lounge, NOT a dance club. If you want to dance, go to Rain." Hmpfh. The music was the typical (anything by Lil Jon, 50 Cent, etc.) club fare with no surprises. In my opinion, worth the cab ride and the cover charge for the view of Vegas alone.
