In Short
A great, swirling neon coxcomb crowns the 42-story tower in a design that's unique among Vegas hotels. The 95,000-square-foot casino is done up in a style more often seen in a Starbucks than in a traditional Vegas resort: lots of deep, rich, highly polished wood and varying pastel shades of green and purple. If there was ever a Vegas property to embrace the contemporary Californian design aesthetic, this is it.

I loved this place. We had so much fun staying here. The people at the front desk were super nice and sweet and helped us in figuring out how to get around town and where to go. Our room was a great size and it was really cheap. (Off season, or course) I've never stayed here before, but I'll totally stay here again!

You walk through the front doors, great young atmosphere and music. The check-in is a few steps away and the elevator to your room is only a few more. In other words, this place isn't running you halfway across the planet by slot machines or past restaurants just to get to your room. Other resorts process you. This place pleases you; from the great-looking staff at check-in, at the tables, in the bars and at the pool to the great restaurants (definitely try Little Bhudda - the best apps and atmosphere!). I love this place. If your looking for brilliant gold fixtures, statues and water fountains, not to mention same-as-everybody-else service...don't come. If you want a place that makes you happy, energized and satisfied...the Palms is it.

Management is unprofessional and discriminatory. The people at the hotel refused to acknowledge my reservation despite credit card confirmation.
