Just plain fun – This is a great spot to relax and just have fun. I stayed in the hotel a while back and this bar always seemed to be going strong every time I passed by. The couple of times that we went in and joined the fun we had a blast!
Cheaper than losing your money at the tables – I was in Vegas for two nights and I lost 100 dollars in 30 minutes before i could even drink 3 beers. So I figured that paying for the drinks would be cheaper. I went to the Bar at Times Square that night and had a freaking BLAST. The place was packed but after 10 minutes that became a plus. The music is AWESOME and fun to sing along too. Great looking people, reasonable prices (for Vegas) and the best time I've ever had at a bar. It was so great I was there from 10pm - 4am and went back the next night for the same thing. If you like a loud hard drinking screaming Bon Jovi songs time, GO HERE!
Best and possible only piano bar in Las Vegas – I'm a Vegas local that trys to avoid the strip if at all possible, but whenever anyone wants to go to The Bar at Times Square, I'm up for it! It is always crowded, so it's best to get their early if you want to have a good spot. One side of the bar has seating, the other is standing room only. Drink selection is very basic - no pinot grigios or extravagent drinks. Awesome atmosphere, guys who play the piano are funny and somehow get hot girls to give them a lot of money to play their songs. Wish that there were more bars like this in Vegas.
More enjoyable if looking for casual fun in large group – Shocked by how packed it was on a Tuesday night, when numerous other "trendier" places throughout the Strip I frequented at night were not crowded at all! Having said that, this place was fun, but VERY casual and a bit cheesy. Best to go w/ a group and is much more of a meat-market, singles scene...
The perfect spot on the Strip to raise your glass and your spirits as dueling pianists entertain. – In Short
This is a cocktail bar in the strictest sense of the term--there's no food here. With its worn wooden floorboards, small seating area and large open floor, this pub is about fun, conversation and loud (very loud) music. Situated in the middle of the action are two pianists who tickle the keys and play your requests. With an always high-energy crowd, songs can sometimes take a free-verse, raunchy tone.
