Long white tabletops with black inset barbecue grills and black chairs set the horizontal, the venting hoods give way to the vertical. Digging into fired up beef intestines, mountain tripe and pork belly may be a turnoff for most American tastes, but there is plenty of sliced marinated beef, pork and chicken offerings that sizzle on the grill, and abundant veggie, rice and stew affairs to hit the spot.
