Excellent Customer Service. My husband and I wanted to have dinner somewhere with great service since it's so hard to find lately. We decided to go to Chang's in Ballys. I couldn't believe the service we were receiving. Every 5 minutes, a waiter/waitress/busboy would come to our table and make sure that everything was great. The food was really good but a little pricey but it didn't matter much since the service was fantastic. It is a small cozy restaurant with a personal feel. Chang's sets an example for great service.
