In Short
Natural woods and exquisite Chinese pictorial screens accent this elegant restaurant. Lunch resembles a Chinese teahouse; carts with dim sum are wheeled from table to table. The chefs use fresh and exotic meats while adding a twist to tradition. Sesame shrimp rolls in rice paper are served with a citrus dressing, and sea bass with aged oyster sauce is simmered in a sealed clay pot with brown tofu pockets.

We love Royal Star! Very vegetarian and family friendly. Take as many people as possible and eat family style...you'll go home really happy! Each dish is so good that there is no reason to list them individually. ENJOY!

My experience at Royal Star was very unpleasant. This place is horrible. The lobster cost $70 but it was terrible. When we tried to send it back, instead of being apologetic, they threatened to call the cops!!!! It was totally uncalled for! We were completely friendly and quiet. The waitresses and mangement are bullies. These people obviously don't mind if they alienate us and everyone else in the restaurant. Guess they don't need our business. Well, you've been warned. Beware of this place. And whatever you do, don't try to send back anything you order, or they will call the cops on you too.

I had dinner with alot of other Chinese restaurants in Vegas, like Shanghai Lily, Moongate, Pearl, Jasmine... but this is really the "best of the best" Service was very good, from the courteous hostess to our waiter who made great recommendations and service. The peking duck and garlic scallops was absolutely tastful~ This now became one of me and my family's "must-stop" everytime we visit vegas. Maybe I will try the "dim sum" next time. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
