Editorial Review for BJ's Lounge – by Citysearch Editors

In Short
What used to be a Cheers-style blue-collar bar has taken on some of the glitz of the nearby Strip. The lounge has been remodeled, removing the 40-year-old bar in favor of a new granite one. There's also stone floors, plush couches, a cigar lounge, video poker and pool tables. The locals who frequent the place order from the 24-hour kitchen and are served their food and drinks by waitresses wearing only lingerie.

BJ's near-Strip location (behind the MGM Grand) makes it a great rendezvous point if you're meeting friends from out of town.

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

So the last review totally throws me off. Trashy? It's beautiful on the inside. I've been in and out of Vegas for years and been to pretty much every club & bar in town and I must say that my visit(s) to this lounge was by far one of the most memorable. The staff was VERY ATTRACTIVE "Scantily Clad" and the service/food was great! I would definitely recommend this lounge to anyone looking for something different. I am curious to know if the last review was written by a female because I think that a complex might be involved with that review. When I'm in Vegas before I go out on the town I stop in for a drink or two. Even been by late night to eat.

Pros: Great Atmosphere. Pretty Ladies.

If I could give less than one star I would. This place has absolutely no class. It's skanky. When I came to town it was the first place I accidentally stumbled into and OMG...it was TRASHY! The girls look nasty and the food and service is even worse. All I can say is STAY OUT, there are much nicer places in town!

Pros: I have nothing good to say

Swanky just-off-the-Strip bar draws in a steady stream of regulars with its swanky lounge and scantily clad waitresses.  See the full editorial review.
