Some food okay; some not so much..
The good party is that the place is open 24/7. The bad part is that you have to be careful there. In the bar, sometimes you don't get the right change if you pay for your bill in cash. Keep an eye on that, particularly on the weekends. The weekend barman takes an "extra tip" sometimes.

Hard to find but worth it.
Super-friendly staff and generous portions. The atmosphere is very cozy and looks like a mountain lodge. The wine list features 40 American wines (I counted) priced from $13 - $99 so there's something for everyone. We tried the Portobello Carpaccio (8.95) for an appetizer and have never seen or tasted anything like it - just fantastic!. We had the Chicken Piccata (16.95), Bourbon-Glazed Salmon (19.95) and the Cowboy Steak (22-oz porterhouse 24.95). All were great and arrived in a timely fashion. Only bad thing - no room left for dessert! This place serves their full menu 24hrs and many of the menu items are 1/2 price late night. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Perfect Place for the Able-Bodied.
Great late night food. Retired or disabled people unwelcome in the bar area after 11:00 p.m., and they are denied service, but you won't find a better late-night snack anywhere in the Green Valley area!

Experience a 24-hour mountain lodge in the midst of suburban Henderson..
In Short
Donna Rocker, wife of Vegas' musician/tavern owner Tommy Rocker, has definitely succeeded with her grill and gaming combination. It's spacious, yet intimate, with a high-beamed ceiling and numerous stone fireplaces. There are two large dining rooms, outdoor tables and a sequestered loft. An island bar and lounge with deep leather chairs add another alternative to where patrons can sit 24 hours a day. The menu features steaks, sandwiches and Pacific Rim influences.

Good Spot for Easy Food.
My parents moved to Henderson last August and live very close to Black Mountain Grill. In the 6 times I've been out there to visit them, I always enjoy a simple meal there. The food is good, the restaurant is comfortable, and, with one exception, the waitstaff is always friendly. I love their asian chicken salad, and their mussels are quite good. I'll be there in 3 days, and I'm looking forward to visiting Black Mountain Grill
