Dragon Sushi is a refreshing addition to Las Vegas' strong contingent of Japanese restaurants. Traditional meals are served in the adjoining full-service restaurant that, although small, is considered top-notch and a good deal by the hordes of Asian tourists and locals alike, all of whom swear by the place.

The Food This small sushi bar/japanese restaurant in the Chinatown Mall has a friendly staff and a picture-filled menu that makes sushi and Japanese specialties easy to order for those not familiar with this exotic and confusing cuisine. The sushi and sashimi, while not as inventive or eye-popping as at more expensive venues, is nevertheless uncompromisingly fresh and well prepared.
