BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD. The headline said it all. Wow it is a recession and this place has not figured it out. Rude bartender. I make 6 figures and got a taste of bad customer service, BAD FOOD AND MANAGEMENT. I asked for a manager and a kid named Kyle came and spoke to me..????? He does not know the business obviously. It was like going to Burger King. Well maybe not, cause their the bathrooms, customer service and food are consistant. Sir you need to get a clue. The beer is the only thing that was delicious. The servers seem like kids just working a job while in college. I kinda see no real management at this location.

Horrible Food (I got food poisioning here). This location has the worst food. I ate here at this location and got sick. Cross contamination from there burgers. I know for a fact because within 24 hours and the only thing I ate was from this location. The food is a joke. The presentation was weak. The menu is all over the place. I mean make up your mind. Also the exotic game meats in the tacos are horrible, who ever is responsible for making these recipes has no clue. My wife ate the tacos and said they were horrible. We were going to have a party here for our corporate, but after a trip to the toilet several times throwing up and sitting down all day made me go with quality. I will never, I mean ever eat at any location that is responsible for this food. I actually am going to report it to the people responsible to the department of health. I have records from a Doctor and proof. Please do not eat here. Save your time and money or you will be spending time in the bathroom.

Horrible Chef. I went to this location and got the RUNS the food there is horrible. Who ever is cooking needs a Degree in cooking. The beer is good but the people are rude and the customer service sucks. The managers are a joke. The reason the manager is a joke is because of their attitude. I got the RUNS eating their. This place is HORRIBLE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CRAPPY FOOD. PEOPLE THEIR SUCK. HELL MY KID CAN COOK BETTER THAN THAT. 10/5/11

Greatest Customer Service!!!!. This place is so great... From the service to the food... Everyone was really nice and we were seated promptly... Let me just say... I normally do not like beer... BUT the " All Nighter" was so good... It may have changed my perspective about beer... The garlic knots were awesome... if you thought metro pizza had good garlic knots... Chicago Brewing Co. puts them to shame...

This behemoth brewery is a big boxy building that overlooks the Village Square strip mall parking lot. Inside, beer heaven awaits, along with gaming machines and a cigar bar. The selection of microbrews includes the premium light, pale ale, amber ale and the stout. But among the best is the wheat, with its frothy, spicy flavor. For the hungry, the menu offers traditional Chicago favorites like hot dogs, deep-dish pizza and baby-back ribs.

Best Brew Pub on West Side. Great beer made onsite, only $2 pint during happy hour. The food is great also, the pot roast is the best on the menu!

Here's to Noel!. The combination of Noel, bartender and brother, Nick the manager, make this a fun and relaxed spot with good food and drinks!

Go upstairs for the most comfort and alot less smoke! Who needs video poker, anyway?
