Cleopatra's Barge.
Ok so when I first got there all that was being played were classics like the beegee's and there was definitley an older crowd. The only reason we went in was because there was no cover charge and $2 coranitas (the small corona's). Once I had a shot and downed a few beers, I started having a lot of fun... I noticed the older crowd left and they started playing good house and top 40 music. We ended up staying there the whole night dancing. The dance floor is pretty cool, its on a fake ship surrounded by water, not that you could see the water very well. But I ended up getting pretty toasty off those $2 drinks and only spent about $50 (I bought a few shots lol). I'm giving it a four because I had such a good time. I was even able to take off my shoes for a while and wasn't told to put them back on HUUUGGGEEEEEEE plus as my feet were killing me.... over all fun night!

See the cocktail waitresses along the Nile; you belong at this classic (and camp) Vegas lounge..
In Short
Complemented by oozing lounge bands and a heavyhanded Greco-Egyptian shtick, the Barge was considered a place for old fogeys who wanted to chase the specter of youth. Alas, the Barge was cheesy enough for derision but not cheesy enough to be respected for its camp value. But thanks to Cleo's facelift of a few years ago, this classic lounge is newer, hotter and hipper.

Bad Attitude at a Steep Premium.
This place needs to rethink their priorities. Cocktail Waitresses with too much attitude. Bartenders with no skills. Substandard DJ and small dance floor. Don't even think about asking for your drink to be "re-made" correctly. This establishment will charge you another $9.00 to correct their mistake!
