Editorial Review for Rosemary's Restaurant – by Citysearch Editors
In Short
This off-Strip restaurant feels worlds removed from the hustle of the major casinos--more like a secluded European bistro than a Vegas eatery. A well-informed local crowd gathers in the warmly lit dining room for leisurely luncheons and romantic dinners. The restaurant's artful take on contemporary American cuisine includes dishes such as Hugo's Texas barbecue shrimp served over blue-cheese slaw and decadent eggplant ravioli stuffed with gooey mozzarella and served in tangy olive relish.

I would say it is more of a dressy place. Was real impressed by wait staff. All I can say is I will be back when I come to vegas again.
Pros: Staff waiting on you, presentation of food along with flavor, Superb!
Cons: In a strip mall a distance from the strip. Kind of hard to find because site doesn't stand out from rest of strip.

There is not a lot more to say about Rosemary's -- the reviews below sum it up perfectly. This is a wonderful off-strip destination for any foodie visiting LV. The service is impeccable, the staff is warm and friendly, and the food is beautifully prepared and presented. My husband and I had the prix-fixe lunch ($23 each with the coupon on the website) and it was amazing. I had the beef and bleu cheese carpaccio, eggplant packets, and apple tart with cinnamon ice cream; my husband had the special salad (mesculun greens, smoked duck breast, goat cheese mousse rosettes, blackberries, mint gremolata, meyer lemon vinaigrette), soy-glazed beef medallions, and flourless chocolate cake. Each bite was delicious; you could taste the love in each dish. One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Run to your telephone and make a reservation now. Your stomach and soul will thank you.
Pros: fantastic service, great prix-fixe lunch deal
