While the namesake stadium long ago changed its name (see Sam Boyd Stadium), the sports park next door still holds its old designation, further confusing the issue when locals refer to the stadium as the Silver Bowl. Outside the stadium, three main areas serve as unique sporting venues. The Clark County Archery Range is a year-round facility recognized as one of the best of its kind.
