Tired of the casinos? Had enough of the pools? Fed up with the crowds? Well take a hike. And we don't mean a walk down The Strip. Las Vegas has plenty of places to get some fresh air and work off those calories you just consumed at the buffet. Here are four of our favorites.

Trail Blazin'

If you've ever stood in a forest in awe, then you'll certainly appreciate this five-mile trip along the bristlecone trail. The route takes hikers on an amble past some of the oldest twisted trees in the state.

  2. 2 5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended Valley-Fire State Park

Everyone loves a good fugitive story. Here, at the end of Petroglyph Canyon/Mouse's Tank trail, legend has it that a Paiute Indian named Mouse hid out from a posse tracking him. Could the proof be in the rock art tapped into the canyon's walls?

  3. 3 Lake Mead Natl Rec Area

The beads of sweat trickling down your head will be all worth it once you reach the end of the trail leading to Arizona Hot Springs. Push your way down White Rock Canyon--a beauty with 100-foot-high walls--to a natural hot spring, where you'll promptly snap a photo to post on Facebook. Jealous much, friends?
